 Managing your feelings can be one of the most difficult things to do. Its also one of the most useful ways to give yourself more choices.  When you let your feelings run you, you often limit your options. A high voltage emotional response often results in consequences you'd rather avoid. And maybe those close to you would rather avoid those consequences too.
